SLAB BBQ & Beer

Very unique and fun atmosphere! The menu is seemingly tailored around 90's rap and hip-hop namesakes which, paired with barbeque, works surprisingly well. Food presents nicely, great smokey flavor, and quality meats being supplied by Nolan Ryan's - Good Stock. All members of our party did think it was a bit salty, however that didn't take away from the experience. Beer is cold and fills from the bottom of the cup, TVs with March Madness, good music over the loud system, everything was still fantastic; just be sure to get a water too!

Lovely luncheon! Enjoyed the three dishes ordered. The meat is so amazing, tender juicy and flavorful. Pork Ribs and Sammich is really amazing, a must try. BBQ Nachos serving is also very generous. A heavy lunch for hungry stomach. Very satisfied meal to be honest and I will visit again.

Super friendly staff, really good food. I've been here on three separate occasions and tried three different sandwiches. All were delicious and the staff has always been on point.

The Donk is good, but I wish I had gotten it deconstructed. I’m sure it would be better appreciated not as a pile. At $14, I can think of many ways to spend it on other food in Cedar Park that I’d enjoy more. I hope this place succeeds, it’s fun. I’ll order differently next time as I’m sure I’ll try it again thanks to the great vibe provided by the people working there.

WOW! We had the McDowell rib sandwich, Chicken W.A., St Louis pork ribs and the barbecue nachos. So amazing, flavorful, great smoke and all all around delicious! Highly recommend! And before I’m done, the Smoked Gouda Mac N Cheese was one of the best things I have ever eaten!!!!
