I ordered the Shane’s bowl because it has steak, shrimp and quinoa. All the ingredients taste really fresh and the steak was also juicy and tender. The Shrimp was cooked perfectly (not dry). They also sprinkled a little bit of Cajun seasoning on the shrimp which gave it a really good smell and flavors. The entire bowl is a good mixture of flavors and balanced portions. The food came out right off the grill and served hot to you. Customer service is superb. Would 100% recommend to anyone coming here.

Vegetarian options are equally fantastic. The Vegetarian Tacos are a colorful medley of fresh vegetables, expertly spiced and wrapped in warm tortillas. Even as a meat-eater, I found them incredibly satisfying.

The breakfast and sides are equally impressive. The Crispy Breakfast Burrito is full of cheesy goodness and tons of perfectly scrambled eggs and bacon!

The service at Libby's Food Truck is top-notch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and passionate about their food. They take the time to explain the menu and ensure you find the perfect dish. The food is prepared quickly without compromising on quality.

Absolutely, hands down the best lunch I’ve had in AGES. So many choices and everything is always tasty

Stopped by tonight to grab some cajun food to celebrate Fat Tuesday and it was excellent. We had the boudain, chicken and sausage gumbo, fried shrimp and fried catfish. It was all delicious! Will be back soon!
