Wildfire

We had one of the best meals ever. Both my wife and I travel all across the country and Wild Fire is one of the best restaurants we've experienced. The food was exceptional from pork belly to ostrich, trout, lamb and pork tenderloin. The best experience of our dinner was Bruce. He's an fantastic waiter and was very attentive to our table the entire evening; I cant say enough about how great he was.

No reservations, but they got us in after a short wait in their incredible bar. Our waitress was attentive and well informed. The food was some of the best I've had in a while.

Wildfire is the reason we traveled to Georgetown. We weren't disappointed.The three of us had the Special lunch of the day - ribeye cooked to perfection with potatoes and green beans. Of course, we saved room for dessert, mine was carrot cake. Service was fine and meal price didn't break the bank.

One of my absolute favorite restaurants. Rack of lamb is amazing and so is the duck. Never been disappointed. About to deploy for 9 months and this was on my food bucket list before I took off.

Very much a 'dining experience'. It was very busy even considering we were seated before 5:30. Was pleasantly surprised by how professionally it was handled when I was not 100% satisfied with my steak. Once that was taken care of, the food was wonderful. I recommend the bison to anyone that wants to turn their steak up to 11.
