Barrels and Amps

Food is good, went Sunday and took our boys to lunch. They weren't busy, had to wait for salad dressing, the eggs weren't added to the burgers and took quite a while to get a beer. Was kinda surprised. Was much faster, better service when way busier in the past.

Food is good - address is Austin Street but you enter on 8th Street. Also, I guess they are kind of new so I've not dinged them for it but if you call yourself a whiskey bar, you should have a whiskey menu. The pork sliders were good and be sure to make room for the fried bread pudding if you're a bread pudding fan and if you don't like raisins in your bread pudding, there wasn't any in there's - it was delicious. Also, they have MANY craft brews on tap and ciders as well and they have a wine menu. Worth a visit.

Loved it! This is my kinda of place! Great character, delicious food, small stage area for live music, brick facade interior, a huge selection of beer on tap. Terrific place to watch sports. BTW, the fish and chips were delectable...only make it 1 more piece and make the mushy peas a larger side for that entree - not the size of a small condiment cup. I will return!

Seventy two Beers on tap served at the appropriate temperatures; that's pretty rare and they passed the test. Would be 5 stars if there were more choices on the food menu. Though, the spicy chicken sandwich is quite good. Fast, friendly wait staff. And, it's not too loud for conversations.
