Domino's Pizza

They were not answering phone so I had to order online..Order took twice as long as normal..I witnessed the employee's ignoring the phone the whole time I was inside waiting for my order to come out! They obviously need a larger store and more help!

The pizza is usually available quickly and the order is completed as placed. We enjoy the pizza and the service is usually very good. We are frequent customers and pick up our order. A few times we have not received the complete order and when I called the store they asked me to come back in and pick up the item. I asked for a refund on the item instead of driving 40 minutes for the item. The young man said OK and hung up—we never received the refund.

Last week Domino’s got slapped when the ovens went down - beyond their control. They were slammed and since online orders can’t really be stopped in advance of them being processed, there was no choice but to cancel orders that had already been placed and paid for. It was a mess. 2 hours and I hadn’t received anything.... I called and the poor kid on the phone was at a loss aside from her apology. The manager, Paris jumped on the phone and was so honest. Sometimes life is beyond our control but making sure your customers are happy was the best solution.
I had to go pick up my pizza and let me tell you, they were defleted by all the hateful calls. Their normal smiling faces had been attacked by a community that was supposed to embrace these young employees trying to get work experience. They did a tremendous job especially with the pile of sh*t this town threw at them. I am happy to call these guys and a get good consistent pizza when I need it. I’d give 10 stars if possible!!
Make sure you remember your early days of work and how it got you and give these kids a break! It’s not hard... it’s pizza... and it’s delicious!! Thanks domino’s !! Thanks Paris for making it all work... that day and everyday!
