Smoothie King

Smoothies are great but they are so slow. I don't even understand why they have a drive through because they don't take your order usually until the car in front of you already has their smoothies.

Clean shop, great employees, and really yummy smoothies! Located in the HEB shopping center.

Our first visit to Smoothie King in Hutto. Angel food smoothie substitute non fat milk with almond milk. Pretty tasty. Nathan had a lil Angel and wife had a veggie blend, lemon ginger spinach. The shakes were pretty good. But for the life of me why do people get jobs where the are customer facing and are not pleasant. And why do owners or tell them they need to be friendly. They weren’t talkative, neither of them were smiling.

Being in customer service my whole adult life, I feel like I’ve become an expert in customer service. So if you are working customer service, smile and say hello to the customers that come in. Offer assistance, if they are struggling to make a decision, offer suggestions. And SMILE!! I get it, sometimes you are having an off day, either call in or fake it. People coming in don’t want to see that either. Managers, take note.
