    First visit and definitely will be back again. Freshly made sandwich with a buttery crust. Delicious Mediterranean salad for the side.

    I had heard of this place last week on social media. Today my wife and I had a chance to venture out for lunch and ended up here at Happy Panini. The owners are super friendly, and fast. We got our sandwiches and OH MY GOD. The buttery toasted top and bottom of that Panini just ooozed with flavor. I HIGHLY recommend this place. It's a tiny trailer that makes huge flavor.

    I ordered 3 sandwiches (Hello Sunshine, Mr. Big, and a Grilled Cheese) and an order of cannolis to bring back to my family. Rave reviews all around. You should enjoy these hot and right off the press, but even after a 15 min trip back to Pflugerville, they were still toasty and delicious. Check these folks out, super friendly, tasty, and very filling. I'll be back for more!

    This was the best panini I’ve ever had in my entire life! I tried the Mr. Big and it was awesome! My wife had the Hello Sunshine and she loved it. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

    supper good!! i got a free panini card thing and didnt know what i wanted and the lady suggested a really good one!! there were both also very nice to me as well. its so good!! you gotta try it
