Poke Fit

I have been to this poke place many times and finally decided I have to review it to let others know how amazing it is!! The ambiance and music are new and hip. All of the seafood is extremely fresh and restaurant VERY clean. The build your own option is the way to go. Customer service is excellent. Lizz is always very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable about everything. She walked me through each of the keto options for all the steps and even remembers what I like from previous visits. She really makes a difference at this place. You have to try this place out!! The owner definitely knows how to do poke the right way. This is by far the best poke place in Austin!!

Let me say that the food was great. 5 Stars. I went with a friend and had to go back in a few days and brought my wife.

That said, both times the employees made the experience hard to enjoy. Going in the evening, the two young women had terribly inappropriate music playing loud enough that we couldn't ignore. I would have asked to change if my kids were with me. I mean this music was BAD! So vulgar. I mean, REALLY BAD!! and they just let it play, song after song.

Employees both times didn't know how to explain the choices, describe the food, communicate, make eye contact, or count money. I was so embarrassed for the cashier who couldn't figure out how to deal with cash.

Owners! Please train the employees to be polite, engaging, and professional.

I don't know if I can go back and not say something rude if there experience repeats.

Really kind people that appear to real love what they do. Food is excellent too.

Delicious and fresh! I wish I had tried this place sooner, it’s so close to home. I got a medium bowl with octopus, ahi and salmon and yum!! It’s actually too much food for me. Service was very friendly and helpful navigating me through the ordering process and providing recommendations.

So good!!! Very friendly staff, went there for my first time and they walked me through the entire menu, had excellent suggestions on what to mix with the bowl. Will DEFINITELY be back. Awesome, fresh, and healthy food!
