Worth the wait, staff was a little overwhelmed but managed. Maybe due to new staff but to be clear this is not a chain restaurant. Food was very good and definitely worth coming back.

Ate here for the first time and it was really amazing. We had a total of 8 people which they were able to sit surprisingly fast and five of us got different things. Everyone raved about their particular dish and how good it was so I don't think they have a bad thing on the menu. I got the country boy which had pretty much everything so I highly recommend getting that if this is your first time but fair warning it is a lot of food. some of the best biscuits and gravy you're going to find and surprisingly the link sausage was to die for as well as the pancakes. Having beer on tap at a brunch place was refreshing since I was in the mood for a beer.

I noticed some reviews commented negatively on the service but that was not our experience. The service was really good with the two waitresses being very responsive and very nice.

I used to frequent this place nearly every day. I wish I still could but as many of you know life will throw an oddball at you every once in awhile. the food was always cooked very well and tasted great. The staff always had a smile on their face and they were professional while also being laid back. It's a smaller restaurant but it is perfect for lunch and they even serve alcohol which is nice

Searching for non-chain restaurants in Liberty Hill has provided a handful of amazing gems that I've enjoyed frequenting in the past few months that I've been living here. Malted Grains has the bites of a Michelin rated restaurant and the small town vibes that keep it nice and quiet. I have genuinely loved every single dish that I've tried here. Small but mighty wine and beer selection and amazing staff and head chef. Come on the weekends for delicious specials!

This was our first time here and....You HAVE to go here! The food, service and atmosphere was perfect! Melissa and Michael are the best! We are going back for brunch this weekend and plan to visit weekly! So happy we found them!
