    I always have a great experience here. Nicole is always friendly, attentive, and great at answering my questions to help me figure out what I want. Her teas and smoothies are delicious! I have also purchased some cute apparel here. Don't forget to look around.

    Today was my first time at Rys and it was awesome!
    Nicole walked me through how to do things, helped me pick flavors and I enjoyed hanging out with my friend and our kiddos! They had an awesome set up for the kids while the adults got to enjoy their drinks! Awesome place to have in LH! Will definitely be back!

    Austin Nutrition and all of the amazing staff there are the best! They are all so helpful through my weight loss journey and offer amazing shakes and advice. I would recommend to anyone!
