Misaki Sushi & Ramen: Japanese Restaurant

Our waitress, Ann, was amazing. The price was good the food was good and the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was just right. I will definitely be coming back.

Misaki is shockingly good, especially considering it looks like a standard shopping strip restaurant at first glance. The ramen is good, though not quite up to some of the dedicated ramen places in Austin. The sushi here surprises me. It's a level above what I expected and really delicious. It's our new favorite neighborhood restaurant and the kids love the noodle bowls!

We had a party of 8 that came in for a birthday dinner. All of the food was excellent! My son really enjoyed being able to have a bento box at dinner time which is hard to find. The sushi rolls were big and delicious. The garlic edamame was excellent as many reviews have stated. Our waitress was also excellent. The only reason for a 4 start review was that our food came out in spurts. I only ate an appetizer so mine came out first but then the next came out about 10 minutes later and the pattern continued. The last of our meals arrived almost an hour after the first. That was ridiculous.

We went here for the first time on Saturday night and I was really impressed. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and everyone working there was really kind. When I got the menu, I was a little nervous because it was a huge menu. Surprisingly, every thing we ordered was delicious. The sushi roll was great, the Ramen was great, and my Chachusdon bowl was incredible.

We will be coming back for sure! Maybe for a big sushi night. I would recommend this restaurant for sure. Especially because everything we had was so incredibly good, everyone you go with will find something they want to eat.

First visit was a great experience. Food and service were excellent! Will definitely be going back and bringing along friends and family.
