Gino's Italian Restaurant and Pizza

The thing I love about Gino's is it is consistently good. You know it is a place you can always get a great lunch for a reasonable price. On my last visit I had the spaghetti with meat sauce; which comes with a side salad. (Try their house made sun dried tomato vinaigrette!!) Another plus is Gino's is great for larger groups. On my recent trip we went with 10 people and we were in and out in a decent amount of time. Prices are good too!

The restaurant was busy on a Friday evening with a good atmosphere and excellent food which was reasonable for the high standard. However, the young waiting staff had few people skills. They were polite but had little interaction with customers which made me think how much training had been given.

We stopped in for dinner yesterday and has a pleasant surprise. Not only was the food excellent but the service staff really went over the top making us feel right at home. Great Italian food with super friendly service! We went for a mid-week family dinner, our waitress was very friendly. From the bread and salad in the beginning to the main courses, everything was great!I’ll come back next time in town for sure.

We were working over the weekend and ordered lunch-take out pizza and salad from Gino's. The salad was delicious - family style salad with their homemade italian dressing and it was a big hit with our group. We had a veggie pizza with chicken and a specialty "supreme" style pizza. Both were delicious and loaded with toppings and mozzarella.Their pizzas are great and our team commented several times about how good the family style salad was as well. It was a great meal! Gino's also has a full Italian-American menu and I have never had a bad meal there, but today we were focused on take -out pizza and salad so I won't comment further on their service, etc. except to say they are always friendly, efficient and helpful even when ordering take out!
