after reading all the reviews finally got to try this place. It is local to me and easy to get to so we stopped in yesterday. I had the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork and mac and cheese and cucumber salad with banana pudding for dessert. The brisket was good and very tender didn't care for the pulled pork much at all. Love their barbecue sauce was sweet and tasty. didn't really care for the cucumber salad which was different than I'm used to as it had kind of a clear sweet juice with it and sliced cucumbers. Mac and cheese was good as mac and cheese is. banana pudding was excellent although I only had one banana in it but it was very very good. Quite expensive I thought for what was there but all in all pretty good.

Our group had a great lunch here. It wasn't a long wait to be seated and the BBQ was solid. We tried all the meats. The jalapeno sausage was the all around favorite. The Little chili coated ribs were the all around least favorite. I really enjoyed the smoked turkey and cu umber salad. We'll definitely be back. The only thing missing was the Big Red! They do have sweet tea though, which is a major bonus!

I went here for dinner on a Tuesday evening and got the two meat plate with brisket and jalapeno sausage. The brisket was incredible. It was moist, had an excellent ratio of fat to meat, and covered in a good, tasty bark. I actually think saying the BBQ sauce to the brisket detracted from its flavor. The sausage was all right. The Mac and cheese was creamy and extra cheesy just the way I like it. The beans were tasty too. I wrapped it up by sampling their deviled eggs which were very tasty but a little on the expensive end.

Atmosphere was great. My waitress was attentive and nice. I hope to come back soon.

This place was pretty great. The place had a good vibe to it and was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great and reasonably priced. I recommend the deviled eggs as an appetizer. I'll definitely be coming back

Popular downtown spot. Parking was convenient just around the corner. Not much of a wait to get a table. Large bar with TV. The barbecue was pretty good but the Trash fries were on point! Service was a bit slow but it might just have been the timing since they were kinda busy.
