Romano's Macaroni Grill

Food was good, but the server never brought out the salad for one of our orders. When she didn't split the check as we had asked her, we left her cash to cover what would have paid for the split and mentioned that the cash was to pay for THAT split, but she pocketed the cash and charged us the full amount for the table as well. It took 20 minutes for desert to arrive. It took several minutes of waving down servers to get refills All in all, food is decent, staff needs help. Too expensive for a mediocre experience

Was pretty good meal. My salmon was properly cooked and fresh; noting fancy or special. Two people in the party had a pasta and shrimp plate which they proclaimed as very good. One person was very unhappy with her fish and salad plate. Service by the staff was warm and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Dining room and restroom were clean.

Thank you Romano's. Candice, Delta and Logan were amazing! I came in today for the free Spaghetti and meatballs for government employees. I always feel too proud to take free stuff but I was truly hungry today. Thank you Romano's you have an amazing staff that treated me exceptionally well. Much better than restaurants that I've paid at. I implore everyone to visit this establishment. Please tip Delta, Candice, and Logan well. They deserve a raise!

Friendly service with good food would sum this place up. I had a fresh parmesan chicken salad while my daughter had a margarita pizza. Both tasted were good. The free bread they serve is amazing! Just saying. The atmosphere was perfect, it was rainy and cold outside and we were seated by the fireplace perfect!!

We were very impressed with our service tonight! As a large event of 42 expected guests we didn't really know what our experience might be. It was very impressive. Our servers, Candace and Delta, were remarkable. Two servers for a party that size is no small undertaking. They were efficient, friendly and accommodating in every way. The catering manager who arranged our event, Curtis, is an absolute professional and left no detail to chance. The store manager, Damian, had everything in place and ready to go for our event. They were happy to print custom menus and didn't even hesitate at separate checks for each couple in our group. We will certainly consider Macaroni Grill for future events. Great job everyone!
