Excellent BBQ! This place is a hidden gem. The owner traded a 6 figure job to flip burgers! This is the kind of passion for food that you can taste. The burgers are thick and juicy. They are cooked on the moment, never frozen. The buns are freshly baked and delivered daily. This is the place to go for the best burger in Round Rock. They do BBQ on THU and SAT but they seem to continuously feature different items on their menu. Pro tip: call your order ahead of time, place your order and pick it up. This place is NOT FAST food. It is craft-food and a 40 minute wait for a walk-in is not out of the norm. Foodies wont be disappointed.

When I pay 10 bucks for a burger and fries, I usually expect to be somewhat disappointed/underwhelmed by the size of the burger, especially the patty. That is NOT the case here at Ambur Fire. These burgers are HUGE (nearly an inch thick fully cooked!) and worth every penny you pay for the plate. They also have some other great items like fried pickles and delicious barbecue brisket. My family and I keep coming back because the quality is unmatched by any restaurant for miles and miles. If you want a top notch burger joint, Ambur Fire is the best in the Hutto/Upper Williamson County area!

I normally don’t write reviews about a lot of the experiences that I have had whether they are good or bad…but I must say that this burger should be on somebody’s food network. This is easily one of the best burgers that I have had. The only bad thing that I have to say about it is that it is too far away for me to have it more often. This could also be a good for my diet.

If I could give it more stars I would! So much food and so good! Burgers and onion rings. Will definitely be back!
