    Delicious brisket baked potato so big I couldn't even finish it! Meatiest, most flavorful tender juicy ribs I've ever eaten. Fresh cole slaw. Missed out on the pasta salad (sold out) but definitely going back to try it!

    Today was my second time at Shaw Country Kitchen and let me tell you the food is good. I ordered the fish dinner last Friday and today we had chopped beef, coleslaw and potato salad. Yum Yum Yum!

    I enjoyed my visit here. I had the loaded brisket baked potato with potato salad, and it was very good. To make it even better, the customer service was top notch. Very friendly family who is running this food truck.

    Literally the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time! Other reviews on here have said that chain bbq places like Rudy’s don’t compare and I HAVE to agree! Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well, and it was so affordable! The potato salad is also the best I’ve had in a long time, have to mention that here. Mr. Shaw is very friendly and gave great customer service!! Would give 10 stars if that were an option. Definitely found my new fave bbq spot!!

    This is my first time to write a review not because I have not had food deserving of it before. My husband and I had stop to try the Hawaiian food next to their truck and decide to see what they had and definitely were glad we did. We ordered a two meat plate with two sides, soft drink and piece of home made pound cake and which was only $15. We had the best smoked pork chop that had great flavor, tender brisket that was so good it did not even need sauce. The sides we chose were potato salad and beans. My husband really enjoyed the potato salad because no onions and had dill pickle flavor. My husband ate the beans which were seasoned very well and also had barbecue brisket in them. Not only was the food great but we had friendly services by owners son (home on leave from the army) and daughter. His daughter told us about how she makes her peach cobbler, so I called and her father and he told me they will have it Friday. LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMORROW
