Charlie Ro's BBQ

Finally caught this great place when they weren’t sold out!! It was EVERYTHING delicious. The meat was so juicy and melted in your mouth. It was well worth the wait. We will for sure be going back regularly! The owner is obviously proud of his food and it shows in the quality!

Great. My stuffed baked potato was HUGE (made 2 meals of it). Liked the pork and brisket. BBQ sauce was very good (got a mix of sweet and spicy). Will definitely be back for more!

My husband and I stopped here for some bbq on our way out of Texas and it was the best choice to stop there! The lady that took our order greeted us with a warm smile and was so sweet. The chef came out and greeted us as well very warmly. We then got our food to go and were surprised by the amount of food! Not only were the portions Texas size but it was DELICIOUS. The brisket was so thick and juicy. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

The BBQ was Amazing!!! The best I've had in a very long time and is family owned not a chain. Offered a variety of meats and sides.we highly recommend this over the big BBQ places in Taylor.

Wow! Great food. I had the loaded baked potato with brisket, cheese, sour cream, and jalapenos. It had to weigh in at 3 or 4 pounds! Seriously.

Also had some ribs. Very meaty, nice and peppery. Sauce is a little sweet for my taste, but good.

My wife had the brisket sandwich and said it was great, with a lot of brisket.

Even better, it is a family run business.
