“This is place is my home since last two years and barring few issues I enjoy being here. What works ? 1: Responsive and courteous staff. Once you report an issue or seek help there will be someone who is actually willing to listen and fix your problem. I have mostly interacted with Edgar, he has always got me solutions. 2: Facilities. The pool is excellent , gym could be better (getting renovated now) 3: Value. This community strikes a good balance between and services , facilities and what you pay. I have been a happy resident so far. 4: Location. I love the hiking trails & canals near the area. Lots of greenery and shopping is just minutes away What needs improvement 1: The water situation. Specially in phase 1 there were recurrent water outages . Overall, I love this place and management . Five stars”

“The one hour Friday night wait could explain how great this Chili's is. Our service was over the top good. Our server paid extra attention to my Senior dad which was much appreciated. Our drinks stayed full and the food was great! We had an 8 top which was probably the reason we had to wait a little longer. We could have waited in line using the app too; but, it was only 15m when we looked. 10m later when we arrived it jumped to one hour. Our total wait was 1:06. But it was worth it.”

“Wonderful experience at this location. We love Taco Bell but it is usually hit or miss with the quality of food. We went thru the drive thru and were told to pull forward as it would be a little wait for our food. We waited maybe 5 minutes and the manager himself brought us our food with complimentary cinnamon twists. The food was fresh, hot, and accurately portioned, which doesn't happen often for us. I wish we lived nearby so that we could always use this location. Thanks for the wonderful service!”

“Their pizzas come with tons of fresh toppings. The vegetables taste fresh sliced, not processed. Unique to every other pizza I've had. Staff are all teenagers so don't expect someone to greet you and ask how they can help. For a small town pizza place though, that seems just right and even a little charming. The pizza is delicious, the prices are fair and they take phone orders.”

“They are awesome my brother and I went out to Bridgeport and had some issues happen with our vehicle and had to wait a good while for a tow truck it was late we were hungry and nothing close to walk to called Pizza Hut and the manager that was on duty on 2/10/19 was awesome she allowed the driver to deliver a pizza to us in a parking lot and even included plates and everything for us to enjoy our food!!! I can say that they are about the customers and are awesome. Thank you all so much you were awesome”

“Technically 3.5 stars... I would have given this location 5 stars a month ago because when I first started ordering here it was fantastic! However the last two orders have had errors. The first error was fixed with a store credit which was very nice. The order I placed to use the credit was also a little chaotic. No coupons could be used with a credit which I understand, but my $30 credit did not cover a large specialty, a medium 3 topping, 8 piece wings and a 2 liter. The total I was given on the phone was wrong, so the driver missed out on a good tip. Then to top it off, the driver forgot our 2 liter, so I guess a small tip was sufficient!! *end rant* We will try to order again in a few months and maybe they will be back to being great again! I do have to admit, the food is usually super delicious! The plain wings have been perfect everytime.”
