    They were more than happy to sell me a plain patty for my dog

    No such thing as fast food here...always seems to take forever, even when you're one of 3 or 4 cars here. The food is as good as what one would expect from Sonic. Probably the biggest factor in the speed of service is there isn't much competition locally.
