I'm not sure how they get the breading so crispy, but it's great! The chicken is always cooked properly, and the fries are REAL fries! None of those bagged, frozen fries... nope, real potatoes cut and deep fried. My only complaint (and this is just MY personal opinion), is that the breading doesn't seem to be seasoned. This is probably perfect for families with kids who tend to be more sensitive to spices or are often finicky, but for me, I prefer to shake a bit of salt and pepper on them just to give them a little depth. The Coop sauce is delicious. Order an extra... you'll thank me later. Quality food, simple menu, it's worth giving this place a try.
