“What started off as a normal online order turned into a process, in the end I am giving 5 stars. We made our initial order online expecting that the items orders would arrive as ordered. When the order was slated for delivery the driver (doordash) called and said they didn't have some of the items. We received the order about 30mins later. The driver did say he was picking up two orders that needed substitutions due to out of items. When we received the order, it was incorrect and missing items. I went to the store and was able to talk to the might manager. She was apologetic, listened to my concerns, corrected the order, and reimbursed the missing items. We even talked about what might help in the online ordering. I am giving Kneaders 5 stars for amazing customer service and really wanting to make the experience right. I will also return because the quality of food has been great. Definitely hit the spot on a cold rainy night. Thanks Kneaders for the great food and customer experience!”

“I really don't like to complain in reviews, because I understand that food service is hard work, and I have a lot of love for this McDonald's. The last three times that I've gone, though, I haven't gotten the sauce that I order for my nuggets. While it's really not that big of a deal, I only order the nuggets for the sauce and it makes me feel disappointed when I can't enjoy that delicious buffalo sauce. That stuff is /so/ good! Other than that, no complaints! Always fast service, and the food is always fresh!”

“This place is amazing! I have been hoping and looking for a place in Logan that has fresh ingredients for a long time with no refined sugar options. This is the place to go! They make amazing Acai bowls and smoothies with all fresh ingredients. They made it so flavorful for such a healthy option. I also love that they add homemade cashew butter. I will be back many many times! Thank you Nekter Juice Bar for bringing something to Logan that we have needed for a long time.”

“Treat yourself. I tried the Iconic Burger, the fries and onion rings. The burger has a melt in your mouth soft bun with a hand formed generous beef patty. Lettuce is green and fresh, along with onions, tomatoes and sauce. The Fries are coated and crunchy and dusted with coarse sea salt. Onion rings are also good but not exceptional like the fries.”

“Food and service always excellent. Has always been the same no matter which cafe I eat at. Just a suggestion..... from my experience at a mexican restaurant in Southern California, when they served a hot platter with a burrito, etc. they always layered the dish with cheese and then the burrito, beans and rice on top. Made all the difference with hot melted cheese on the bottom. I think you will love it. See you again soon.”
