Fat Fish - Bountiful

The food and athmosphere were great. There were 6 of us and they put us in one of their back rooms. It was very nice. We had variety of sushi rolls, shrimp fried rice and drunken noodles.

Very good experience. My wife and I got there early before a Saturday evening rush. Our server, Hayden, was very attentive and efficient. Since we had never been here before, we wanted some variance from our normal sushi rolls. Well, we found it. The freshness in each of the rolls was apparent. We will definitely make return trips.

Really good quality sushi. They definitely know what they are doing here. Proportions were exactly the way they ought to be and the presentation was quite nice. I was allowed to swap around ingredients without any hassle or up-charge. I do think they could increase their selection of sake but clearly that's not the focus here. However, they do have a fair selection of drinks overall.

The building is not impressive from the outside and the inside isn't decorated or lit very good so I expected average sushi but to my surprise it was very good sushi. They have a pretty good variety of popular rolls and some unique rolls. The fish tastes fresh and presentation is nice. They have a full bar but the drinks are average.
