Nielsen's Frozen Custard

Great place with home town service. Only the drive thru is open at this time (pandemic) but the line moved well and the food was fresh. We love their concrete!

I love Nielsen's!! It's the best frozen Custard, and the grinders are amazing too! I got extra pepper relish, it adds a little spice, but tastes amazing!

First had a yummy chocolate single frozen custard in a cup which is $1.99. Topping was about $1 more. Then came back for a "Concrete." The flavor was delicious!! Cookie dough Oreo. But it was in a large cup and way more than I needed to eat. Wish they had a smaller serving size.

Nielsen’s is one of our favorite places to eat. The diner burgers ?, onion rings and frozen custard are all delicious. The grilled onions make the burger....so yummy! The onion rings are some of the best I’ve had. The custard is amazing...especially the caramel cashew concrete and the white cinnamon. Great food and service. I would highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t.

We love Nielsen's! We usually go to the one on Highland but today we visited the one in Bountiful and we're very impressed. They have seating options in and out of the restaurant and it is much bigger allowing multiple people to enjoy their food. We all got sandwiches and they were very good! However the custard is what we were there for! It is so good! I am not an ice cream lover but I will eat Nielsen's custard anytime! If you are eating in the restaurant it might be a little loud because of the custard machines but other than that it is like stepping into a 50's diner it really is awesome and I strongly recommend everyone try it!
