Aubergine Kitchen FARMINGTON

Aubergine is amazing! We just got back from a long trip and wanted to try a new fresh restaurant and so we decided to eat here! We did not choose wrong! Between the cashew melt and açaí bowl we were tasting a little bit of heaven! It felt very healthy and it tasted delicious! Not to mention the environment is very classy! We will definitely be returning soon!

Delicious and the service was quick. Everyone in our group got a bowl and they tasted great. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick healthier meal option

Aubergine Kitchen is absolutely stunning inside. The decor is bougie and clean. The menu looked great and the service was friendly. A couple of our food items hit a little flat for me. The smoothies were on point though.

Great atmosphere, food was good, several options, including Vegan! Outside waiting area is very nice!
We had the Mediterranean bowl, macaroni and cheese, as well as the chicken strips.

Beautiful place, very healthy menu. It reminds me of places you find in the rich parts of California. The breakfast menu is limited but they are very unique options.

I had the egg sandwich. I normally like ketchup on anything with eggs but whatever the sauce is in it was delicious. The cheese bread was much more delicious that I expected. The menu said you would want to order more, which is why I ordered it (great marketing 😅). I also got the Chocolate Nut Milk. It was yummy, doesn't taste healthy at all.

I docked a star because the food took 20 minutes to come out, even my drink. I was the only one here and watched three employees standing around. They didn't know what the chocolate nut milk was. I wouldn't come here if you're in a hurry. I can't imagine how long it would take if they had the place full of customers.

If they can speed it up a bit, this would be my new favorite place. I'm curious to see their dinner menu.
