Fast friendly and I am hooked on potato cakes!

Good food bad service!
I went through the drive through and the guy opens the window to ask what condiments I would like for my food I responded with Arby's sauce and later when I opened the bag there was only horsey and ketchup sauce to be found. This is a simple mistake that I would not be so flustered over but the reason I say bad service is simply because when he had handed me the bag of food he just walked away without a word so I thought maybe he is grabbing another bag but I look in the window and all I could see was him chilling with his friend so I waved and then he gave me the approval to leave and I got the heck out of there. I feel that I should at least know when I am allowed to leave when I have all of my items

Drive thru was busy but fast. Staff was friendly, safe and efficient. Only four stars because the wrap was assembled and wrapped poorly with ingredients all over inside the wrapper and outside the wrap.

It's the middle of the day and not really busy, on a Sunday. Our order wasn't very large, even for feeding 6 people. I know Arby's is never known for its speed but 20 minutes of my shake melting on the counter while waiting for the rest of the order wasn't my favorite part of the visit. I really like the feel of the place, the colors for paint and the wooden wall. It all ties together being a comfortable setting.
