Dirty Dough Cookies - West Point

Ordered drive up so can't speak for the restaurant atmosphere. The person we ordered from was friendly and enthusiastic. I believe they may have been working alone because it took a little while to get our order. I hate to be negative but we weren't very impressed by the cookies. We ordered the four pack, chocolate chip, Brookie, and two other cookies I'm forgetting the names of. Do they serve the cookies warm? Ours were not warm. Are they supposed to be gooey in the middle? They were not gooey. I really wanted to love this place but I just didn't. It could have been a one-off but we probably won't go back. Very friendly cashier though- which is always appreciated.

I was treated to a cookie from Dirty Dough for joining the PTA, and it's delicious. The service was great and it's a very clean establishment.

My son and I come here all the time and Trinity is usually the one that helps us out and she is amazing. But everyone that has helped us so far has been spectacular! We either buy them ahead of time and pick them up or just pop in and get some. Either way, they are really quick and the cookies taste delicious! We would definitely recommend this place to a friend!! Two thumbs up!!

Wonderful atmosphere, great employees, and amazing cookies. I absolutely LOVE the ooey-gooey cookie. It's cheesecake, and it is to die for! Also the Brookie, WOW, you won't be disappointed, try this one!
The employees are very knowledgeable on the cookies, and they are very helpful. This was my first visit, and the staff plus the delicious cookies are definitely taking me back!
