Canyon Steak & Waffle

Oh man this is the best steak and eggs I’ve ever had ordered a steak medium rare it is melt in your mouth delicious. And we just adore the owner and her excellent boyfriend Larry!! We have been adventuring around Moab for a week and have you eaten here probably six times

Stopped in for breakfast. Able to be seated right away. Place was clean. Staff was super friendly. Food came out quickly and was hot. Got the Southwest Eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Husband got the pancakes and eggs and pancakes and he enjoyed his breakfast also.

We waited about 15 minutes to be seated which was super fast! Got to our table and waited another 23 minutes until the extremely nice water lady took our order. She brought us our mimosas and asked what we wanted to eat since she didn’t know where our waitress was. She took our order and remembered everything we wanted. Our food came out 5 minutes later (literally) and everything was super good except my pancakes weren’t cooked all the way and the country fried steak my boyfriend just loved was way too salty for me. 👍🏻👎🏻 total bill for two plates and our mimosas was $45. Not including tip which wasn’t bad. Would possibly try this place again in the future.

Delicious breakfast at a reasonable price - my husband finally got his short stack with 2 eggs over easy that he’s been wanting all week. Compliments to the chef, Pedro, and our waitress, Mindy. We sat in the ‘Good day, Sunshine’ booth.
