Excellent food (they have a nice choice). We loved the mulitas.

Great food after a morning hike! Guacamole is very fresh. Not a lot of complicated flavors in their food, which makes the food great! And I like the portion of it!

All the tacos are really delicious, I tried chicken, pork, shrimp, and tripas, adding grilled jalapeños. It’s so good!!! We came back next day to eat them again. Don’t forget the dessert fresh fried churros, it’s the best mate for jalapeños.

Delicious tacos! I ordered a few different kinds and all were amazing. My aunt got the mulitas and they were great too. They have a cute little area to sit and enjoy the food. Highly recommend.

This food truck is too good. After doing all day hike we reached there for lunch and everything was so beyond our expectations. The pollos tacos were yummm, the Tortas were so filling. I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to Moab or even a stop. The service was super quick. They have tables just outside the truck and parking spaces.
