Shammy's Grill

We got the Mediterranean salmon burger and regular Mediterranean burger with fries. The ingredients and idea behind the burger are fresh and certainly nothing like any other burger joint in Cedar offers. We enjoyed the flavorful meal but feel if the buns had been toasted and had not been sweet (brioche) it would have been 5 stars all the way. Sweet brioche just didn’t match the Mediterranean flavors. Some slight adjustment to preparation and maybe some texture variation so it doesn’t feel soggy would do these burgers a deal of good!

Got the Shammy's Salad, and it was *chefs kiss perfect! I am not a huge fan of cucumbers, but they were the perfect addition to the salad along with the olives, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and dressing. I will for sure be back, and I am bringing my husband for the next visit!

I got the Asian salad and it was delicious! Fresh tasting and great quality. The service was very friendly and quick. We will be back to try more!

I got the salmon burger combo and it was amazing!!! It was so refreshing!! Not like those gross fast food burgers that make you feel sluggish and gross after. It was very refreshing and and my body feels recharged! The fries were perfectly crispy and the seasoning was so yummy!!! I'm so happy syrus opened a new place! I highly recommend! It's so nice to have good food on this side of town now!!!

Staff were very nice and answered my questions it was overall a great experience! I'll definitely be back!!

Great food! Very fresh! Totally unique Mediterranean menu, frys were a delicious seasoning total different and unique. Great place for vegetarian and pescatarians. Fresh salads, sandwiches and burgers. My wife got the Mediterranean salmon burger and I got the grilled chicken sandwich Mediterranean style. Both were amazing must try! Definitely a must try when visiting Cedar city.
