This was a nice surprise in the area, I’m usually disappointed with restaurants in the Cedar City area. Tried the prime rib. It was well cooked and not too fatty/grisly, and came with choice of potato AND Mac n cheese AND veggies. Finished up with peach cobbler. Great service, good food quality, and large portions.
What a wonderful unique experience. I love it to find great out of the way spots. You’ll probably need a GPS if you’re not a local. It’s worth the little hunt and drive. Excellent prime rib. Cooked perfectly with little fat. I saw lots of other interesting smoked and barbecue meats on the menu. Service was good. Family operated so they care. Priced fairly. The setting is secluded. You’ll think you’re way out in the country but just a few minutes from the I-15. I highly recommend Willow Glen Roadhouse! We’ll be back.
Smoked Brisket, pulled pork, garlic mashed potatoes were good. They have smoked steak which is unusual. Good overall if you like meat. You can also get a salad bar plate for $4. Local ownership is very fun. Ambient cool rustic. $20-$34/plate plus drinks etc.
This was our first time and boy was the food amazing! I had the brisket and my husband had the prime rib! Both were incredibly tender cooked to perfection! I loved the mac n cheese, nice and creamy and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were tasty and the applesauce was a nice pallet cleanser. Our waitress was so friendly and sold us on the Sunday morning mimosa brunch! We will for sure be back! Can’t wait for the bands!!!
Very friendly owners, who were also our host and wait staff tonight. The restaurant just opened, so go give it a try! The food was good. My steak was tender and cooked perfectly. The rolls were crispy on the outside, which is how my wife likes them. The property is so unique and interesting! I love all the trees and natural wood. We'll definitely be going back.
