High Voltage BBQ

By far and away the best brisket I've ever had!! Along with the brisket, their BBQ sauce is incredibly delicious. We've already decided High Voltage is a staple every time we pass through the area!

I happen to go in for lunch on a Friday. Apparently they are only open Saturday now so I doubt I'll go in since I'm in Cedar City. Food was excellent and the atmosphere is great! Old rockers and have excellent memorabilia on the walls! I hope they will expand the business hours beyond Saturday only .

Got lucky timing wise for a detour during their hours... its simply mind melting bbq. I've introduced different places to friends growing up with southern bbq standards, and this place surpasses it all so far. (Including the bbq catered for our wedding)

Smoky flavor in everything, but also tender and melt in your mouth! We tried it all, brisket, burnt ends, tri-tip, chicken, and pork, not to mention the beans (which was more like brisket with some pork 😍)... in the future we will change travel hours to detour here on weekends

We found this place as a food truck and we're so happy to be able to attend their grand opening at this brick and mortar shop! It's the best brisket I've ever had!

Happened upon this gem while driving between states. Super friendly staff, authentic Texas bbq, sides, and sauces, with a rock’n’roll vibe. Had brisket tacos and beans. Will definitely be coming back next time we’re around. Tacos came with the world’s best crema sauce ;)
