Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Beans and brews is always great. Good coffee and friendly service. I do wish the employees would remind or ask if you have the app for points.

Coffee is decent. It's the customer service that I feel could use some improvements. I'm 95% sure I was overcharged. 2 drinks for $14.99, 1 of them being a child's milk and the other a basic coffee sized small? It's on me for driving off and not realizing till later but still, not cool. Even putting the same drinks in the app it came out to half that price.

Lastly, it would be nice if the employees would ask if I have a loyalty number. I forget half the time, again that's on me, but other places do and it's so nice to get those rewards. If you don't ask for a recipet your SOL for getting rewards if they didn't scan your number in the drive thru, again on me. A reminder would be nice.

Didn't try any of the food. But I got some deliciously made drinks. Their Mr. B, hot or cold is for sure a MUST. I know business go in ebbs and flows but this place was very VERY busy and only 3 servers. They were good, but it was a little hard to keep their attention while being so overwhelmed. They, for sure, did nothing wrong. Please don't mistake me. I just had to repeat my order and then double-check it because they almost got me the wrong order.
