I have NEVER had bad service at this location. I have a medical condition to where I am limited to what I can eat. The manager at this location always makes it right. The entire staff are awesome with ever visit!!!!!

I'm so happy this location opened. Super close to my house so we go at least weekly now because its so good. Plus the people remember us which is always nice.

Update- I am bumping my rating from a 1 to a 3 because I was able to talk to the manager and she was kind and helped me feel a little more taken care of. This isn’t the only time I had felt a bit let down by this location, so I still may not be going back any time soon, but I do appreciate that they were willing to say something and help me feel more valued as a customer.

Wow. My coworker went to order food for our team, and when she came back we found that there were issues with 3 out of the 4 orders. One order was completely left out. Oddly enough, though, everything was right on the receipt. I had to drive all the way and take another 40 min out of my work day to pick up the meal that was missing and the items left out of the other meals. When I arrived, the cashier seemed like she couldn’t care less about my messed up order. She didn’t say anything to me in response about the missing items. They gave me the food and sent me on my way. That lack of customer service just tells me I should have gone to Cafe Rio.

I really appreciated the reach out and free salsa. Your salsa is my favorite and probably what I look forward to most. I have noticed that my orders are more consistent especially if I go inside vs use the drive through. Thanks for making great food♥️

Food is good but quantity/correct orders is always inconsistent. There is always something wrong wit my order and probably my biggest pet peeve of all is when they fill my salsa cup only halfway

i love this location. i usually go through the drive thru (which is sooo convenient and awesome!) but decided to stop in. it was very clean, no wait. i usually get sweet pork burritos but the salads are delicious too. i love that you can get a smaller sized salad here.
