R&R BBQ

R and Rs just opened and the place is very clean and sanitized. If you’d rather not eat near others, there is plenty of outdoor seating in their outdoor patio. It has a wall of fire!

The drink machine produces very good soda- we’re talking MacDonalds level great soda. They also have lemonade and sweet tea. I got the burnt ends and ribs and brisket. The burnt ends were my favorite but eat them quickly while hot. I also got the fried okra, with traditional breading on the outside and slimy okra goodness inside.

We both loved the rolls- very dense and sweet. One of the pit crew employees came to our table and was handing out sample deserts, and we told him we loved the rolls and he went and got us more with a side of table butter and honey.

We sampled the peach cobbler and they make it the way I love- with a sweet crumble crust that crunches nicely with the warm peaches. No soggy cobbler to be found at this place.

About $45 for two people with tons of food leftover. Enough for a leftover meal.

Loved the spicy bbq on my ribs. Best fries I've had anywhere. Not sure what they did to make them so light and fluffy on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside.

We had a very enjoyable lunch at R&R today. Service was quick and friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. Really appreciate how this store is run. Great job by all. We will be back!

I never go here without getting brisket. It's the best. I also love that they have red cream soda as a soft drink option, almost nowhere does!
