ICHI Japan Express

I love this place. The portions are great. My Favorite is the chicken and steak meal. it is heavenly after adding sriracha. It is really good japanese food and it is grilled right in front of you. Everything is freshly cooked to order. They also have a good selection of drinks. They have ramune, Cocunut water, etc... The owner there is really nice.

Its a really good traditional Japanese food. Don't expect it to be like panda express. Everything is cooked fresh and right in front of you. Prices are good and food is cooked in minutes. It is ooen fo dine in and have daily special. By the looks of it the guy that cooked my food was the owner and he was super friendly and explained everything to me when I told him that it was my first time there and I was from out of town.

Can I just by saying today I stopped by after craving this delicious hibachi express; and the customer service is outstanding which I appreciate!! And this hibachi express is the best I’ve had in Utah hands down and I was born and raised. The hibachi express joints at the shopping malls have a tendency to taste like kitchen cleaner everytime ... however this location scores in customer service and fresh deliciously prepared food; for example the shrimp is Devained !!!!!!’ My god that’s suppose to be done everywhere and one hardly sees this type of prep that makes the world in difference!!!

I thought this place was pretty good. I ordered chicken and shrimp combo. Surf and turf! The portions are huge so make sure you’re hungry. Or you could totally save half for later. Friendly staff. I would go back again. There’s more items on the menu I would like to try.
