The restaurant itself is very pretty with a nice outside patio area. The servers were all great. The food and drinks are all beautifully served and okay tasting, but expensive. I had a good time there but probably couldn't justify paying those prices again 😬.
I love the atmosphere. Service was great. I wish they would have had less salt on some of the dishes. I would go back if there was a different cook back there. Food was a perfect portion. I know a lot is people say it’s small portions, it’s not . Other than that it was awesome. Thanks for coming to Utah. We needed a restaurant like this here. Felt like I was in Vegas and California restaurants.
The food is expensive but is very good. Our server was kind but slow. The table side made guacamole was excellent. They had a fire dancer which was neat. The atmosphere is very neat and cool.
I was informed we were visiting “The Bottles” for Sunday brunch recently and knew nothing about it, except the location… Not close to home. With that said, the name and promise of fire dancers was MORE than enough for “make room” for it that morning. Our reservation, which is definitely recommended, was for 10:30 like many of our other fellow brunchers that morning. With very little delay we were taken back to our table and seated where we were told we would have one waiter. A few minutes later, we were informed that our waiter was not there and a new one would take us. I was in the middle of taking pictures to which my partner informed our new server “it was for my Google Review.” I preface everything that follows with that.
We ordered drinks, water and coffee and my partner wanted French Foast to start. We continued to chat and look around when I realized our French Toast was taking longer than expected. By this time we had already seen the server several times and also ordered the main course. Within minutes something was said, and not one, but two dishes were brought to the table by the server and manager. We ended up with the Churro bites along with French Toast, and let me say “I KNEW I wanted those bites when I saw them on the menu!” but not enough to order a whole thing. They come with 4 sauces, and while FAR too sweet for me to try anything more than a bite of each.
The meals, Chilaquiles and Vegetarian Breakfast Burrito were both delicious. My partner wished he had gotten the Eggs Benedict instead—but didn’t DISLIKE his “breakfast nachos.” The burrito had three additional sauces that were incredible and I am glad I opted to add the avocado/guac.
I already feel like I rambled and I have talked about the amazing Mexican Coffee or dancers who came out right as we wrapped up. You DEFINITELY need to try this place. That said… It’s pricey. The food and atmosphere are incredible, but outside of brunch, I don’t see myself visiting here often.
Also... Nitpicking... The last picture is of the masking tape on the ceiling because once I saw it, I couldn't stop looking at it. Grab a ladder 😉
Lack luster entertainment. We arrived at 6:30 and only experienced one fire show that was one minute and twelve seconds long. Our waitress Lizette was AMAZING! Laid our napkins on our lap, and never went without a drink. All the service members worked as a team to keep tables clear and drinks flowing. Music was very loud for not having consistent entertainment. The food was good, but nothing out of this world. It says children are not allowed after 7, but there were children there well up to 8 pm.. It was a good one-time experience, but it was definitely not worth the money. $200 with gratuity for two.
