In the heart of the Riverton, Stack 571 proudly presented itself as a haven for burger aficionados, a title it upheld with gusto. Stepping inside, my senses were greeted by a treasure trove of burger options, a true testament to their culinary commitment.
As the plates emerged from the kitchen, the promise of quality was evident in every bite. The burgers, towering creations of flavor, mirrored the grandeur of their reputation. Yet, it wasn't just the food that shone; the attentive service lent an extra layer of excellence to the experience.
Though the sun was high, and the clock signaled lunchtime, my attention was drawn to the bar, a glistening showcase of libations. While I refrained from imbibing, I noted the diverse selection, particularly the draft beers. A rarity in our Utah abode, this discovery tickled my delight.
The sum of these parts crafted a memorable experience, painting Stack 571 as a culinary gem. The fusion of delectable burgers, impeccable service, and a well-stocked bar promised a haven for not just a meal, but an occasion. In the midst of the city's bustling rhythm, Stack 571 stood tall, a beacon of flavor and hospitality, a testament to the magic that can unfold within the walls of a burger bar.
When on Monday which I know is the worst time to visit any restaurant. I guess they where short staff that day so it took a little while to get our service but was happy that it was not pack like It is normally when I drive by there. But you want a gourmet burgers and some good drinks this a go place to go. We order an appetizer it was the Tempura Oyster Mushrooms With Parmesan and truffle oil. For our burgers I had a THE FATTED SOW* Bacon, bourbon–bacon slaw, bacon–whiskey jam, cheddar, pickle, marinated tomato, Stack sauce Beef and bacon patty, I was a little skeptical with the whiskey jam, but at the end it was a perfect combination of taste it just blend so well, got with some regular fries but you do have options for the side, and I added the strawberry shake with no shot, which I think it will taste great but I don’t drink no more an as well they have options for the shakes, either way it was amazing. My friend got a THREE PEPPER BOMB-Bourbon caramelized onion, pepper bacon, fried jalapeño, roasted pepper, crisp iceberg, pepper jack cheese Ground Beef or Crispy Fried Chicken Breast. My friend when with the ground beef. Same side orders had the same feeling as I did. Taste a piece of the burger it was just right with a good taste of spicy. Overall I will return to taste other stuff in the menu.
It's been a long time since I had a burger and said, "This is a really good burger."
I had the burger of the month, which was the Cubano. It was absolutely mouthwatering. I'd eat two of I didn't think it would put me in a coma. The waffle fries are huge, decadent, and delicious. I kept snatching them from my husband's plate.
The cocktails are a little small for the price. The atmosphere is very informal. There is a patio for those who prefer outdoor seating.
I have waited a while for a burger place that asks how I want it cooked (for me medium) - the burgers were extremely tasty. There was no “skimping” on the inclusions. I loved the crisp grilled bun that provided a great crunch to each bite. The bun was tasty BUT - it was the weekends of the burger - just not enough substance to it and it fell apart under the strain. The Parmesan fries - killer. BEST OF ALL - AMAZING SERVER!!! Will absolutely come back. Love that it’s so close.
Tonight I went out with my husband to this restaurant for the first time. First impressions: it’s a busy , fun place. I had the Fatted Sow burger on a gluten free bun for $2.50 more. It was huge, but squished down for eating. The bun was not great. I’m realizing that a good gluten free bun may not exist. As I couldn’t eat the fries, our server Tiffany was able to get me a fabulous salad. It was so good!! My husband had the Big Kahuna which he loves. He first had another burger that he didn’t like. He mentioned it to the waitress and he got the Big Kahuna for free and we took it home as you will notice by the pictures. So thank you Tiffany for wonderful customer service.
