Blatch's Backyard BBQ

No offense, but simply saying this is the best BBQ in Utah isn't enough! I brought the family from Texas, not all of them vegan, and they couldn't get over the options and flavors available at Blatch's. This isn't a 'dump brisket on a bun and add pickles if you like', the owner Chris creates masterful sandwiches complete with amazing sides. Even my picky eater couldn't get enough of the Korean BBQ. Rolls, desserts, and hot sauces are all available as well. When another restaurant recommended Blatch's, I knew it was a must. We will definitely be back!!

Genuinely the best vegan food in the city! Everything was delicious, and the owner is awesome! My partner is not vegan and he thought it was the best BBQ he has ever had. Also, the hot sauces the owner makes are fantastic. Definitely worth stopping by!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here! What an amazing experience, an amazing chef and family. Immaculate vibes and THE FOOD!!!!! Never had vegan BBQ like this and tops any BBQ I ever ate vegan or non-vegan. Very impressed and the blueberry hot sauce was out of this world! Grateful for this experience. Also the rolls are so amazing, my dog also enjoyed a little bit of the brisket! THANK YOU!!

I was blown away by the flavor packed "Pretzel Monster" paired with an ice cold Mexican coke. He even threw in one of his awesome stickers!

If you're vegan and in Utah and haven't been to this gem I feel bad for ya son. He's got a wide array of hot sauces you can sample too. 🌿🌿🤙🤙❤️🤤

Blatch’s is the best Vegan restaurant in Utah, hands down. The weekly specials are a hit every single time. Chris is the most passionate chef I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He cares about the community and making quality food so deeply and it shows. If you haven’t tried Blatch’s yet, you’re definitely missing out. There something there for everyone! Everything is made in house from high quality ingredients. The portions are HUGE enough to share or have leftovers, and Everything he makes tastes just as good the next day. 5 stars just doesn’t do Blatch’s justice.
