Hires Big H

This place is a local favorite. It's been around a long time. Usually get a Danish H which comes with burger, cheese and sliced ham. I get mine plain, but they have all the usual toppings if you like that. The shakes are really good too.

A really good burger! The limeade and root beer float were delicious! And the carhop service was perfect for these times.... i would post pictures, but we are everything too fast.

The burgers are great but unfortunately besides that, everything else is sub par. The fries are similar to those of five guys and the onion rings just tasted like cornmeal. The restaurant itself is clean and nostalgic. We had to wait much longer than usual because they forgot our order. The waitress came back twenty minutes later and reintroduced herself and asked if we were ready to order though we already have her our order 20 minutes prior. But even with all that we enjoyed our meal. Though it may be a bit till we come back around.

We had a little issue with a slice of pineapple on our cheeseburger but besides that it was good. Grilled hit dog with cheese was great! Average fries but pretty good onion rings. For a burger joint you could do a lot worse.
