KFC

Great service! Chicken was great and it stayed hot throughout the event. Although, I didn't like how very small packaged the popcorn chicken was and how little you get from one package of one popcorn chicken. Even though the packaging I find odd I still find this as a qualified restaurant.

Had an order delivered that wasn't exactly satisfactory. I called and explained the situation and they promised to replacing the meal the next time I came in. I called ahead of time a few days later to check if they would still honor it. They said that was fine and to come on by. Had to explain the situation when I got there and show them my receipt, then they let me get another combo meal of equal or lessor value. Food was how you expect KFC to be, especially with all of those held tight ingredients. The employees were all friendly and helped me resolve the issue as well as a different employee handling the money. Crazy times we live in and keeping things sanitary is always a plus. Thank you KFC.

I would rate this 5 stars however the restaurant ran out of mac and cheese while we were standing in line. Four stars because the customer service was great and the restaurant was clean and dandy. I noticed that there was a homeless guy in there and he was fed from the employees which I thought was something amazing to share as well. Overall experience the food was great and fresh! Thank you! ❤???

P.S. Please next time have Mac N Cheese, that is my all time favorite side?.

Both times I've been to this location they were out of BBQ sauce. Not sure how that even happens, but it made me try the Nashville Hot Tenders instead of my usual popcorn chicken. Pretty good, but I've had Nashville Hot Tenders in Nashville before and they lot me up. These left me wanting a little something more. Get the peach mountain dew, it's amazing!

Cleanliness wasn’t the best, every table we tried to sit on was not clean. They forgot to give us napkins and had to ask for ketchup. The fountain drink machine was out of order on one drink option and another two we tried were also just water coming out. Food was what you’d expect. Probably the best part was the employees, they were very charismatic, I always love great customer service even when the food isn’t great.
