Mi Buena Vida restaurant and bar

Enjoyed an excellent dinner at Mi Buena Vida tonight. Chicken and steak fajitas, chips with guacamole and salsa, refried beans and Mexican rice—all were quite good. And the margaritas were perfectly made. With friendly service and a nice ambiance, I highly recommend it.

Great patio, fresh salsas. Everything I’ve tried on the menu has been great. Large portions and great quality and prices. Never had a wait here for lunch.

A fabulous experience in the 15th &15th area! Parking, as expected, was on the street, but was the only downside.
We had a group of 4 for dinner, and we sat on the restaurant side.
We started with drinks, the Ceviche, and their take on jalapeño poppers. Both were fresh and delicious! The pepper in the poppers still had some crunch to them.
Our meals were a 1/2 order of Chile relllenos, the cauliflower tacos, enchiladas with mole and tomatillo sauces, and the salmon with black mole. Everyone really enjoyed their meals! To finish, we had the sopapillas, which were fresh, and just sweet enough.
A worthy expedition, no matter how far you have to drive! I highly recommend!

Food was very good. The salsa bar is the best. Generous portions. Very reasonably priced Good vegetarian options and the drinks! Habanero margarita on point Can’t wait to come back and try more!
