This food is incredible. We have been waiting for this restaurant to open for months, and everything I have tried is incredible! Tonight we ate the salad for 4, Almond Joy and Pretty in pink pizzas. We LOVED every bite! Also try the Utah roasted corn, I have never had corn this good! Justin and the staff are so great, they're really accommodating, and professional. Welcome to the neighborhood, we're very pleased you here and are finally open!

Love the Nomad by the SLC Airport. We are so glad to have the new Nomad on the east side. Delightful menu and the thin crust oven baked pizzas are always a hit. We’ll be back again and again and again.

I’ve already been here twice since they opened and wow is this place incredible! Justin, the chef and team are incredibly friendly and welcoming (+ everyone was wearing a mask, place was incredibly clean). Great outdoor and indoor seating options to choose from.
They’ve got Two ovens going cooking such incredible creative pizza- so many to choose from it’s hard to pick. Do not miss the chicken- oven roasted, juicy, tender, crispy on the outside. Simply amazing!
Also a great craft beer selection- I had the junior astronaut juice ipa. I will be back!

Nomad East is exactly as good as you’d think with the genius creativity of Chef Justin Soelberg and crew. With only two pizza ovens, you’ll have your choice of pizzas or ‘family style’ home cooked goodness. Do not miss: the burger, salmon salad, children of the corn pizza, steak, or half chicken. They have a great selection of high point beer, and wine that you can enjoy. It would be better for my health and wallet if they weren’t so close by. 10/10 would recommend.

I came here for one of the first nights they opened and Wow!!
    Just WOW!
We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly young man wearing a mask who quickly found us a clean and newly sanitized table. The restaurant was well lit and very beautifully decorated. Lots of beautiful colors and textures. I really loved the old tomato cans and plants everywhere.

Service was on point. Our sever was very comfortable with our party and made us feel the same. Food came out quickly as we ordered many small starters and some larger individual items. Every Item was perfectly cooked, seasoned well and flavors were well balanced. One of my favorites was the steak dish with Chimichurri. The steak was juicy and perfectly cooked to our recommendation. My mouth is watering as Im think back on it now.... The other big hit was the pizza. Chef Justin is known in slc area for his killer pizzas at his first spot called Nomad off North temple. So we got the "children of the corn" pizza, with corn and chorizo with a creamy white sauce. The crust is the big thing I loved about the pizza. Its crispy all the way across the bottom. No wet soggy pizzas here..

overall we had an amazing experience and would recommend this spot to everyone. The only concern with this spot is larger groups many not fit in on busy hours as the restaurant is very small.

come eat here and leave full and happy
