The Blue Plate Diner

We’ve gone here a few times now and each time we have been so satisfied! The food is delicious and they’re very conscious of physical distancing (most of their seating is currently outdoors). Such a gem!

We came at 10a on a Saturday. Service was quick and friendly. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was casual and our bellies were filled.
A couple of individual flavor/ingredient preferences were the only thing keeping our rating from 5 stars.

This place was hopping!
As quickly as people left, people came in.. They have a routine that gets the jobs done quickly and efficiently.. I was impressed..
I got green tea/peppermint and the build your own omelette. There was plentiful of food and decent prices for what you get..
If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Fantastic restaurant overall! Went for the first time while visiting friends. Initial service was a little hit-or-miss (waiting for waitress) but once she arrived, service was great. I ordered the waffle with home fries, which was amazing. Instead of one waffle, you get two smaller ones that had a kind light icing around them. Came with strawberries, whipped cream, and home fries. The strawberries were amazingly fresh. The home fries could've used more seasoning, but nothing that a bit of pepper didn't fix. My wife ordered huevos rancheros, which she said were amazing. All in all a relaxed place with a good menu and patio seating.
