(August 18, 2020, 2:07 am)Cafe Rio is consistently good if you go in and order the food yourself to stay or go. When I have had Cafe Rio through a delivery service app, it is always made incorrectly. Literally every single time of 5 times in 6 months. A big thing they can work on is making sure the employees are treating people awesome and smiling more!
