The women that took our order was amazing. She made us feel like we were appreciated, she was friendly, she acted like she wanted to be there. We did not need any special assistance, but felt like we could ask her if needed. It was so refreshing to be treated like someone, instead of a inconvenience. I had forgotten how good customer service feels. The food was good too! Thank you

Putting this as a 1 star so it gets focus. Our family has high risk for COVID members.

We don’t eat out often, but when we do we order curbside so we don’t have cross contamination issues with other folks.

We ordered curbside with Village Baker but when we arrived to pick it up we were asked to come into the store to get our order (that’s called carry-out).

If you advertise you will do curbside to attract customers like us that are nervous about the virus you should honor that advertisement and not change it to carry out.

I hope management gets this resolved. If I hear back that steps are taken then my review will change.

VB is awesome. Any sandwich on their thick dark 'squaw' bread or honey wheat is awesome. Their raspberry chicken salad.... awesome. I've never tried the pizza, though I hear it rocks. I've literally loved everything I've tried here, including the southwest chicken salad, their breakfast sandwich - Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sandwich - and I almost ALWAYS go with a combo - 1/2 Sandwich + Cup Soup or 1/2 Sandwich + Salad.

Five star food and service at three star prices.
Everything is made fresh and the portion are ze is very good. It was a great sandwich the bread was so fresh and soft.
My wife loves the salad and hers was only a half size to give you an idea of the portions.
I will be back to try other items off the menu.
They also have a mini bakery in the store where you can get bread and other pastries.
