Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

The food is delicious. The quality of service is suffering inside the cafe. They were super busy and I’m sure all the different to go options with the pandemic create extra work.

We waited a long time for a our French toast and people that ordered after us got theirs first. When they did come out with it, the guy glanced at us and then walked back to the kitchen area with it. My husband had to go get it from him.

I used a high chair, they were gross and not cleaned off. Also, the trash cans were overflowing with trash so we couldn’t even throw away our garbage.

I love their food and their baked goods all look divine. You’ll probably have a better experience getting it to go right now though.

I went through the drive-through. They were busy but service was quick and the attendant was friendly. The sandwiches and salads that I ordered were very good and as specified. I have always had great service at this Kneaders.

Normally when we go it takes forever to get our food and customer service is “ehh”. Today we went and ABBY was AMAZING! Our food was out so fast! It was my birthday and she wrote on our food box “ happy birthday, have an amazing day!” wow! So sweet! She went above and beyond! She was so happy and you could tell she was just happy to be at work. This girl needs a raise! We need more people like Abby! :)

Stopped in and ordered a Mexican Omelet. It was so delicious I went in the next day and ordered another. Perfectly seasoned and just the right spicy taste that I love! Ask to toast the delicious bread more and you'll be very happy.
