Cafe Wave

Wow! Loved my food! Drive thru is open per COVID. Was given the menu to keep. Hubby and I ordered California clubs. After ordering, waited in my car in parking lot for about 12 solid minutes (not bad mind you this isn't a fastfood restaurant but an actual diner). Owner (I'm assuming), brought our food to the car. Absolutely what I was looking for and more! Was given fry sauce (which I forgot to ask for but was so relieved he gave me) in my styrofoam containers that had our food. Fries were delish, and my sandwich was hot with great quality ingredients! Such good flavor, very hearty, WAY filling. I hope it survives COVID because I want to come back for the dining experience! I'm hoping by then they will have their sweet potato fries in stock because that's what I wanted but he was out (I totally understand). Regular fries were yummy though! It was our anniversary and we love little places like this. This definitely delivered. Thank you!

Great Cafe Food. Great Vibe. We had the French dip, BLT, sweet potato fries and a dinner salad. Delicious! Sad we waited til the last night of our trip to eat here. Will swing by again when we are in town.. Support Local Business

I think they must sprinkle crack on their burgers. I had the North by Northwest yesterday and it was, frankly, perfect. The burger was cooked perfectly and the onions/mushroom/cheese combo was exactly right. But the best part was the seasoning. Phenomenal. I'm very happy that we live next door!

Truly some exceptional cuisine! My friend and I were waiting to pickup her car in a business area and decided to get a bite to eat. Cafe Wave showed up on our Google maps so we decided to walk there. I'm very grateful that they were located where they were because there were no other restaurants within reasonable walking distance.

Cafe Wave had an almost retro feel as we walked in and everything was beautifully detailed; from the steps to the furniture.

The server helping us ended up being the owner which was pretty neat. On the menu the had their BLT described as having a "mound" of bacon, which instantly had me sold. I had to see what their definition of a mound of bacon was. It was easily the most bacon I had seen on a sandwich before.

Their french fries where super crispy and very tasty, although a few had too much salt on them, which I just brushed off.

My friend ordered their Chicken Capri with a side salad. She let me have a bite of the sandwich so that I would know what it tasted like. HEAVEN! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! I know even know how to describe how good it was. I never thought a sandwich with balsamic glaze and basil pesto on a toasted ciabatta bun could taste so good.

I have full intention of going back to this hidden gem until I get sick of it, and I will order the Chicken Capri next time.
