Always good food...5 stars even if they forget sauce half the time.
Dive thru is confusing, people want to take your order but don't have a menu to look at, the person taking orders by the menu cant hear, then they want you to skip looking at the menu drive up to pick up window and order with two lines of cars behind you... Extra Polynesian Sauce? Okay just one.
I'll be honest, this may be one of the few fast food places I'll give 5 stars. I've always been terrified of fast food chicken because the quality is generally pretty nasty, but this location is pretty good. I've never frequented offer Chick-fil-A's but the service is excellent here and even though they generally have a crazy long line, the turn around is surprisingly fast.
I've never had a bad experience here. The GM does a great job hiring and training because the staff, even though a bunch of kids, actually seem happy to be there and are eerily cheerful.
The food is always in good shape. The tomatoes aren't mushy, the lettuce isn't wilted, the chicken is cooked all the way through, and the food is fairly healthy, especially for fast food.
So, this may not matter to a lot, but for me it's huge. One of the things I hate about fast food chicken, that is real chicken breast, is that far too often it is full of gristle, tendons, or stuff you just can't chew... I have never had that problem here. I can bite into a grilled chicken sandwich and not worry about my gag reflex firing. Whether this is normal for all chick-fil-a or just this location, I can't say, but I'm grateful to this location for keeping their quality up and giving me a healthy place to get a quick bite.
