Cubby's

I ordered a lemon chicken salad today. The chicken felt a little tough to chew and dry. Like it had been under a heat lamp for several hours or something. Everything else we ordered was just fine. If anyone at Cubby’s reads this, maybe try and make your chicken fresh and juicy instead!

Service excellent. The food was the best of any burger place I have been. Mac and cheese is amazing as well.
The first time i went, the ice cream shortage meant no shakes, but this last time I tried a blueberry one and a mocha lochs. They arent thick shakes, but the flavor was amazing.
Highly recommended.

Food is good, but 1/2 the time they forget to give you the sauces for you meal. Today they forgot to give the fry sauce, which I can get past. But they forgot to give me the tarragon sauce for my lettuce wrapped Houdini. Please make sure the order is accurate and complete!

We ordered at the counter and waited away from any others in the room and in so doing we were able to view the workers. The girls in the front were masked and gloved, BUT they were constantly touching their masks, pulling them away from their faces, adjusting the masks up or down by pulling on the middle of it. It kind of grossed me out that those now dirty gloves were going to be working with my food. Everyone, don't touch your face or your your mask. Please.

First time here and surprised by the quality! I thought it was just another burger joint... far from it! The food is great quality! Everything has the home cooked feel to it. The staff was nice and friendly, even after my friend spilled her drink everywhere and they cleaned it up for us. Will definitely be back.
