Fantastic cream cheese wontons! If they had soy chicken I would be a regular here. They do sub tofu for any meat, which is nice. Vegetarians should know there is ham in the fried rice. It wasn't mentioned when I was ordering so I wasn't aware and it went to waste.

Love this place, food is always hot and fresh. I typically get the ponpon chicken because it never disappoints. There potstickers are plump and juicy, the fried shrimp and egg rolls crispy yet not greasy, the steamed pork buns. All so yummy! Never disappoints. Not only that but their portions are huge, i could eat my left overs for the next 2 meals.

Story time! There we were in China, circa 2014, and we are in Shanghai at the moment. The tour guide tells us we're going to get Shanghai Dumplings for dinner. Oh did we ever?! Tower after tower of these hot, squishy pastry balls, filled with broth and mouth exploding meat, veggies, and flavor! We were hooked! This was the tastiest food and nothing we had ever experienced before. Once our feet were planted back on Utah's salty soil, we set out to find such. We found dumplings, but they did not measure up. We went to Chinatown in SanFran, tried them at XYZ... tasty, but not quite as perfect as these... here at Red Maple. We finally found our Shanghai Dumplings without a 14-hour flight.
